One bedroom facing the quiet courtyard, living and dining room has views over the street, one bathroom with shower and separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen with basics (olive oil, salt & pepper, coffee, tea and mustard), large living room with sofa that unfurls into a comfortable real bed, dining table for 4 and workstation. You'll have the entire apartment to yourself in a secure building.

Coco’s place was the perfect Airbnb for Paris. It’s in the heart of Montmartre but away enough for it not to be loud. There is great light in the apartment and while we were there it was warm enough for us to have the windows open most of the time with the fresh air coming in. The elevator is definitely a plus after walking miles each day to all the sights.
Coco herself was extremely accommodating with us with early arrival and delayed flights on the return. She was always responsive and had great suggestions and recommendations in her amazing itinerary.

Coco’s place is absolutely gorgeous. Incredibly designed and even more beautiful in person. The apartment was spotless and everything was so lovely I am going to take some design inspiration!
Coco is wonderful, kind, and so welcoming. We felt right at home upon arrival and had no trouble finding the place or issues accessing during our stay. The bed was supremely comfortable and the curtains and shutters provided great darkening for getting some restful sleep. There is a ton to do in the area with lots of shops and restaurants as well as great access to transit. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so again sooner rather than later!

Beautiful flat and lovely host! 😍Gorgeous living and dining room with classic French decor and modern hints. Cozy bedroom with a lot of closet space to unpack and feel at home. Elevator! (As usual in Paris, it's quite small, but a true lifesaver for my tired feet and big luggage).
The building is old so it comes with some quirks like a sticky door lock but the host met me and explained it all with ease.
I did not use them but it’s awesome to have washer/ dryer and dishwasher!
I stayed solo for a work and relaxation trip and it can certainly fit two with ease. Big kitchen for Paris and lots of room to sit or work without being on top of each other.
BTW this area is super convenient to metro or walking and has amazing restaurants. Coco is really kind helpful!

Coco is a very friendly and courteous hostess who has great tips for restaurants and museums in the area for her guests. The guide book she gave us and all her suggestions made our trip much better. Coco responds very quickly to messages and she also solved the small heating problem at the beginning of our stay very quickly. We felt at home in the stylish little apartment in the middle of Montmartre/Pigalle.

Where do I start! Coco’s place made my Paris trip so special. I’ve been to Paris multiple times and this is the best place I’ve stayed in. Coco was very friendly and helpful. Our check in process was smooth and the apartment is nicely decorated, very clean, amenities were complete. Getting around is very easy as it is located near metro stations and bus stops. So many good restaurants nearby. I really recommend Coco’s place to anyone visiting Paris. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The neighborhood
Located in the hip Pigalle neighborhood at the foot of Montmartre. Nearest metros are Place Blanche and Place de Clichy with its many bus lines. It takes about 20 minutes by public transport to get to Louvre. There is a cafe, bakery and park on the corner. Despite being surrounded by many excellent restaurants, bars and nightlife, the apartment is surprisingly quiet, especially in the bedroom which opens to the serene courtyard.
