What do the packages look like?
Usually packages include transport from airport or train station, accommodation, one large group activity, one small group dinner and transport to/from the venue the day of the wedding. Usually there is more than one option. For example, guests can choose from packages for singles, couples, or siblings traveling with their kids. All packages personalized to your guidelines and budget.

How does it work?
After a brief phone consultation, Travellur will propose personalized guest travel arrangements for weddings in France or other European destinations based on your preferences and send a deposit request. Once the deposit has been paid, work will begin and your guests will receive detailed invitations to the guest travel packages and links for payment. After a pre-determined number of guests have paid for packages, your deposit will be refunded. You may decide to subsidize these packages, but usually guests pay directly the full cost of the packages which includes the Travellur fee.
Our professional discounts and group leveraging more than make up for the Travellur fee and in the end your guest spends less than if they booked it themselves.

Faq
What happens if not enough guests sign up? Travelllur will keep your retainer and provide the contracted services.
Can guests customize their packages? Yes, guests can contact us to add additional nights before or after the package dates or add other destinations. We can also plan unique custom itineraries for guests who want a curated experience in any of our destinations.
How do you pick the hotels? Travellur will do an assessment of available hotel options in the area according to your specified budget, contact them for room block reservations or privatization, present our recommendations based on price, comfort, experience with that property, location, logistics and style for your approval.
What if we have to cancel? Cancellation must be done in writing, Travelllur will keep your retainer, cancel your contract and not provide the contracted services.
Can you sell rooms to our guests at the venue we’ve already privatized? Travellur can make a website to sell rooms to your guests, collect the money and send it to you or your venue. This is our Room Sales service which starts at 500€, contact us for a custom quote based on the scope of your event and guest count.
