Many wedding planners only do full service wedding planning but Travellur understands that you may not need everything done for you so we offer a la carte wedding planning services. You can select the services that you want and we provide custom service according to your precise needs. We’ve made this reference list of the various wedding planning elements we can provide and what each element entails as well as an estimate of our planning fee per element and starting prices for vendors. Venue Search

starts at 750€ for single region search

After a consultation and questionnaire, Travellur will search our vast database of venues and/or do the necessary research to find your dream venue and present a curated shortlist of venues in an attractive PDF presentation including a link to the venues website, photos, prices, amenities, conditions, pros & cons and our personal insights per listing based on your unique criteria. Unlike many wedding planners, our venue suggestions are not limited to the same ten venues we always work with. Travellur reviews all the venues that meet your search criteria because we want to craft something that tis uniquely yours, not cookie cutter. This service includes a location & logistics report which details the regions sights, specialties, points of interest, nearest airports & train stations, accessibility, insights from long experience in the region like when and where you should not rely on Ubers. We help you make the final decision and are with you every step of the way until the contract is signed.

Vendor Search

The vendors are the creative hands that bring your vision to life. Assembling the right vendor team for your event is an artform that manifests in harmonious synergy on the big day. Once the venue is selected, we will the find talented vendors that reflect your tastes and fit your budget. We have a trusted network of local vendors in our territories and know who will be the right fit. We will send you a shortlist of available vendors per vendor search and liaison with them on your behalf, coordinating travel logistics, crafting custom service packages, etc.. until the contract is signed. See below for a list of vendors and their starting prices for weddings in France and Italy. Please note that depending on the location of your venue vendors many require travel costs.

Wedding Design

Wedding design results in a comprehensive design brief that ties together all your inspiration, your family and cultural traditions and authentic ingredients from the venue setting and destination. This document is the reference point for all creative decisions from your website design and invitations to napkins and bridesmaids dresses and will be shared with each vendor so that we all work together to create a consistent, integrated design plan throughout every aspect of your wedding experience. CeremonyDesign

The ceremony is the emotional heart of your wedding and should express the love and care you share with your beloved. We want all your guests to feel included and valued. From chair selection to shade cover and bug spray, no detail is overlooked in making sure everyone is comfortable and engaged. Each ceremony, venue and vision requires different elements and Travellur will make a custom quote for this service based on your event criteria, venue location and amenities, time of year and number of guests. All ceremony planning includes diagrams for ceremony set up, coordination with venue regarding ceremony installation, coordination with florist regarding number, size and composition of florals .

Cocktail Design

No, we dont design cocktails to serve at your wedding, but we know a mixologist who can! The cocktail design covers the design and execution plan for the cocktail party before dinner when family and couple are doing portraits so we want this part of the celebration to feel like the main event with well stocked bars, attentive waitstaff, conversation piece decor and maybe some entertainment. Travellur will make a custom quote for this service based on your design motifs, venue amenities, drinks packages, event timeline and number of guests. All cocktail planning includes coordination with venue regarding cocktail set up, coordination with photographer regarding timeline, coordination with caterer and coordination with florist regarding number, size and composition of florals .

Table Design

The wedding dinner is where you and your guests will share the sweetness of life so we want the table design to spark conviviality and be a distinctive indication of how you will entertain as a couple. Travellur will make a comprehensive quote for this service based on your design motifs, venue amenities, catering packages, event timeline and number of guests. All table design service includes coordination with venue regarding table set up, diagrams of tablescape, coordination with florist regarding number, size and composition of florals, coordination with photographer regarding timeline, review of tableware provided by caterer and venue and selection of required rentals from trusted sources.

Party Design

The after party is where everyone can let loose and dance the night away. We want to create a celebratory atmosphere where guests are carefree and relaxed. Maybe this means creating a kids area so parents can enjoy adult time, or having blankets in case of evening chill. Each party, venue and vision requires different elements and Travellur will make a comprehensive quote for this service based on your party priorities, venue capacity / conditions and number of guests. All party design service includes coordination with venue regarding DJ, musicians, performers and lighting and scheduling installation and breakdown.

Rentals

average 150€ per rental house

Your vision may require rentals like tables and chairs or Venetian stemware or popcorn machine or fairylights. Rental service includes finding the correct rental house for your needs, providing a curated selection of necessary items, checking for availability and delivery options, providing written quotes for rental and delivery, dispatching and following up with orders and scheduling installation and breakdown.

Timeline & Callsheet

starts at 500€

This the backbone of the planning and an essential key to ensuring all goes smoothly on the day of your wedding. It shows who is supposed to do what when in excruciating detail. It’s like orchestrating a ballet so every graceful gesture is executed at precisely the right time so each subsequent gesture can unfold in its own time. This itemises every single thing that team members will do from when the hair & make-up team arrives to what time the band goes home. Travellur will consult with each vendor to ensure the cake comes out of cold storage at the right time, the photographer has enough time to photograph the tablescape when it has the best light, the florist knows when to move the ceremony arrangements to the dance floor and collate every detail into one cohesive document to be shared with all vendors and venue team. The callsheet usually accompanies the timeline and has each vendors name, contact, instagram handle and role so everybody knows who is doing what and can communicate before during and after the event as needed. We will make a quote for this service based on the scope of your event, number of vendors and the logistics of the venue. Timeline and callsheet planning includes distribution among vendors and venue.

Seating Chart

Seating charts are recommended for wedding dinners with over eight guests and anytime name cards are employed. Seating chart planning service provides an online document which you can view and edit at any time. It sounds easy, but it is a complex process much like a Rubics cube but one that involves family politics and inevitable last minute re-ordering because someone got Covid and cancelled. Final seating chart will be printed and shared with venue staff a few days before the event. This service can include design and printing of name cards and decorative seating chart for guests if stationer is not doing it.

Day-of Coordination

starts at 1300€

D-day is when it all comes together and every element of the planning is executed. Travellur provides day-of coordination so everything runs smoothly and creative team members, guests and venue staff are all on schedule. Day-of coordination includes a D-30 consultation where timeline, design diagrams and checklist is reviewed and any last concerns are addressed. Also included as a courtesy, is a walk through at the venue the day before to identify the event spaces, resolve potential conflicts in the in the timeline or logistical issues and connect with the venue staff. You may need more than one day of day-of coordination. For example if you have a rehearsal dinner the day before or if you need someone to manage the brunch and rental picks up the following day. We offer half day rates to accommodate your needs.

Now that you’ve reviewed the various aspects of wedding planning, let us know which of these planning elements you’d like us to manage. Please specify which vendors and which wedding design and planning elements you need. If you have more than 3o guests and think you actually need full service planning, we will find a full service wedding planner that can work at your selected venue, shares your artistic aesthetic and has the experience required to execute your vision.

Once we know which planning elements you need, we can make a quote detailing each planning element tailored to your unique celebration. When the quote is accepted we will make a contract and send it along with an invoice for a retainer of 50% of the total cost of services contracted.

Sometimes the extent of planning services is not known until other elements are in place. For example; you may not know if you need rentals until the venue is selected. In this case, we will start with a retainer of 50% of the total cost of the known planning elements and add planning elements as needed. These elements will be listed with their fees in the additional items section of your quote so you know how much it will cost ot add that element later.
